This website has been reviewed and tested so that it functions correctly. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. For the resolution of all disputes or issues related to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish legislation shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit, and the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca shall have jurisdiction to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to its use.

The customer must pay for the flight in advance. There is no refund. If the passenger does not appear at the agreed meeting point, cancels, changes their mind or for any other reason, there will be no right to a refund.

In the event of bad weather and Mallorca Balloons pilots deciding not to fly, the flight will be moved to any other possible date, but no later than one year from the contracted date. After that time, there is also no refund and no right to take the flight with Mallorca Balloons.
